Responsibilities:
To act as the liaison between customers and the Company.
To be responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction including delivery,
quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness Represents customer’s interest to drive support activities within the Company.
To manage assigned accounts and be responsible for backlog, revenue, margin, on time delivery, inventory, accounts receivables, etc.
To grow existing business
Requirements:
Degree holder At least 8 years experience in EMS program management / customer service.
Sales follow-up experience in electronics industry /EMS an advantage.
Excellent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin Strong leadership, communication
and people skills with analytical mind
Well equipped in using MS Office.
Willing to station in Shenzhen
